Shrimp is a great source of protein and only has 0.2g of carbs per 100g. It’s an amazing low carb food which goes well in so many meals from shrimp curry to shrimp salad.

3 ounce of shrimp as over 20g of protein and so it’s a fantastic filling food that can leave you feeling satisfied, full and happy. We love to add shrimp to our meals. Shrimp goes well with vegetables and I just love coconut shrimp, it’t the best.
