Last month I began using some wonderful products from the Fountain of Youth Skincare range. Most of my life, I’ve not used any products on my face. I’ve used soap and water and the occasional makeup and am often told I look younger than I am.
However, since becoming unwell, my stress levels, sleeping problems and worries have increased and I’ve recently began noticing lots of worry lines on my forehead and tiny little wrinkles beginning to appear around my eyes. My face looks worn and tired and so I started to look into products I could use to help rejuvenate my face and bring back my fresh faced look.
Coincidently I found was offered some fabulous products to review at the perfect time and so I’ve been testing them out and my face is really much softer, more hydrated and looking better than before.
So the first product I’ve been using is the Fountain of Youth Moisturising Day Cream. This is an advanced performance hydrating cream which nourishes and protects the skin. What I like about this product is that it has a long lasting hydration and can be used as a base for makeup, so the skin is benefiting all day from the moisturiser. The cream smells lush and contains Hyaluronic Acid which can help restore moisture and smooth the appearance of lines and wrinkles. The moisturiser also contains jojoba oil and Shea butter. I really like this product and would like to buy more in the future.
The second item I tested was the Rejuvenating Night cream. This cream fights the signs of ageing while you sleep and each morning my face did feel fresh when I woke up. It was a nice feeling. This product contains a range of ingredients including Carnosine, Vitamin E and Pathenol, which are good for stimulating collagen synthesis, fighting free radicals and improving softness and elasticity. My face did feel softer each morning so the product does work well.
Third I used a special Micellar 3in1 Cleansing Water. I used this as a cleanser before using the Night and Day creams. The Cleanser is good for removing makeup, soothing and toning the skin. It was really nice to have a face routine that made me feel confident that I was doing something to help improve my skin.
Lastly I tested out the Fountain of Youth Revitalising Eye Contour Gel. This was my favourite product as it’s targets fine lines and wrinkles around the eye area. All I needed to do was apply a small amount around my eyes morning and night. I have noticed a small difference but think I need to keep using this for it to give the full effect. the Eye gel has Echinacea and Sea Camomile.
These products were genuinely fantastic. They were originally developed for women to use post operatively and clients found the products were making such a great difference, they eventually became available to the wider public. The products are for more mature skin. I’m in my 30’s and these products were ideal for me and my needs.
I was gifted these items in return for an honest review in my own words.
